H100 Group adds 46 Bitcoin to reach 957 BTC treasury

Swedish healthtech firm H100 Group acquired 46 Bitcoin on Wednesday, August 27, bringing its corporate treasury holdings to 957 BTC valued at $108 million.

The latest purchase brings H100's total Bitcoin reserve close to 1,000 coins. According to BitcoinTreasuries.net, the company's average acquisition cost is $110,500 per Bitcoin, with current holdings showing a modest profit of 0.53%.

H100 Group operates in health technology and AI-driven longevity research as its primary business. The company became Sweden's first publicly traded firm to allocate treasury funds to Bitcoin earlier this year. Company executives said Bitcoin provides a hedge against inflation and helps diversify capital reserves while maintaining focus on health innovation.

The Bitcoin strategy connects to H100's fundraising activities. The company completed $54 million in equity and debt sales on July 9 to support both Bitcoin purchases and core operations. H100's share price rose 40 percent after its first Bitcoin purchase in May.

Among European companies, H100's Bitcoin holdings remain smaller than some peers. France's Blockchain Group holds 2,218 BTC while Paris-based Sequans Communications has accumulated 3,170 BTC. Bitcoin corporate treasury adoption remains limited among European publicly traded companies compared to U.S. firms like MicroStrategy, which leads global corporate holdings with over 150,000 coins.

H100 disclosed the latest Bitcoin purchase through regulatory filings on Wednesday. Swedish authorities have not issued specific guidance on corporate Bitcoin treasury holdings, but listed companies must disclose material asset purchases through standard financial reporting. The company has not announced plans for additional Bitcoin purchases or specific treasury allocation targets.
