WhiteBIT hires 11 from first Global Talent Program cohort
WhiteBIT finished the first cohort of its Global Talent Program, selecting 11 from more than 700 applicants after 42 hours of classes and final presentations, with job offers extended to the finalists.
WhiteBIT announced it has completed the inaugural cohort of its Global Talent Program, culminating in job offers for 11 participants. The group was chosen from more than 700 applicants and completed 42 hours of instruction.
According to the company, the cohort attended 14 classes totaling 42 hours. The program ended with presentations to internal experts and executives, after which offers were issued to the selected finalists.
The initiative is part of WhiteBIT’s Learning & Development framework to build junior developer talent. It centers on mentorship and hands-on assignments linked to Web3 projects, preparing participants for entry-level roles.
The curriculum emphasized applied skills and direct feedback from in-house teams. Coursework, project work and a final presentation were used to identify candidates ready to transition into full-time positions.
