Blockchain Conference Brasil returns with an institutional focus on regulation, tokenized assets, and market adoption across Latin America.
The conference returns to São Paulo on November 28–29, bringing companies, regulators, and institutional investors to discuss crypto adoption and regulation in Brazil and Latin America.
The event expects more than 10,000 participants and several hundred speakers covering regulation, payments, and institutional crypto services.
Binance outlines regional expansion and compliance strategy
Binance's Regional VP for Latin America, Guilherme Nazar, will participate in the event alongside Thiago Sarandy, Head of Regulatory and Legal Affairs at Binance for Brazil and El Salvador.

American fintech LiberPay has chosen Blockchain Conference Brasil to launch its payment infrastructure in Brazil, including a peer-to-peer system in dollar-pegged stablecoins.
Co-founder Tobias Kleitman will provide operational details and live demonstrations of the platform designed to serve 85% of Brazilians seeking to use crypto in daily transactions. LiberPay cited Brazil's “regulatory maturity and high adoption rate” as key factors in selecting the country for its Latin American launch.

Bruno Winik, co-founder and CSO of eNor Securities – Latin America's largest RWA brokerage – will participate as a panelist. The former mechatronics engineer structured and maintained the company's regulated operations through its market entry phase.
