Binance introduces Crypto-as-a-Service for financial institutions

Binance has launched Crypto-as-a-Service, a comprehensive infrastructure package for financial institutions to provide crypto services efficiently while leveraging Binance’s market liquidity and technology.
Binance has rolled out Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS), a turnkey solution designed to help banks, brokerage firms, and licensed financial institutions integrate crypto capabilities seamlessly. The platform provides a fully managed, white-label environment that minimizes setup time and operational complexity.

What CaaS Offers
CaaS delivers a full suite of crypto services, including spot and futures trading, custody solutions, regulatory compliance tools, and liquidity management. Institutions retain complete control over branding, user interfaces, and client relationships, all while benefiting from Binance’s established global infrastructure.
Core Advantages
- Internalized Trading: institutions can match client orders internally at optimal rates, maximizing efficiency while staying connected to Binance’s liquidity pools.
- Direct Market Access: participants access Binance’s order books for spot and futures markets, ensuring competitive execution and deep liquidity.
- Management Dashboard: a centralized interface enables monitoring of trading volumes, asset flows, sub-accounts, and client segments.
- Client Customization: financial organizations can define personalized trading conditions, multi-tier fees, and client acquisition strategies.
- Regulatory & Custody Support: CaaS includes KYC compliance tools, unique deposit addresses, and sub-account segregation to satisfy jurisdictional requirements.
Leadership Perspective
Catherine Chen, Head of VIP and Institutional at Binance, stated:
Digital asset adoption is accelerating, and institutions need scalable solutions. CaaS provides a ready-to-deploy infrastructure so firms can focus on client engagement rather than building technology from scratch.
Chen added that the platform bridges traditional finance and crypto, opening access to users previously excluded from digital asset markets.
Availability
Early access for licensed banks and brokers began on September 30, 2025, with full public release scheduled for Q4 2025. Financial organizations interested in participating in the early access program or partnership can contact the Binance team.
