Ark Invest Buys $4.4M in Bullish Across Three ETFs

Ark Invest purchased about $4.4 million of Bullish shares across ARKK, ARKW and ARKF — 52,308 on Monday and 69,712 on Tuesday — as the stock rebounded from a five-day, 15.4% slide.

Ark Invest bought 122,020 shares of Bullish this week across three of its exchange-traded funds, investing roughly $4.4 million. The firm purchased 52,308 shares on Monday and 69,712 on Tuesday, filings show. The trades were allocated to ARK Innovation (ARKK), ARK Next Generation Internet (ARKW) and ARK Blockchain and Fintech Innovation (ARKF).

The combined trades were worth about $4.4 million based on each day's closing prices. Bullish shares had fallen 15.4% over the prior five trading days before rising 1.88% to close at $36.23 on Tuesday. The stock is down about 16.7% over the past month.

Ark manages its ETFs to prevent any single holding from exceeding 10% of a fund's portfolio, and the firm's daily trading statements show adjustments to the three funds this week.

Bullish reported mixed first-quarter results last week. The company posted a net loss of $604.9 million for the quarter, compared with a smaller loss a year earlier. Adjusted revenue rose to $92.8 million from $62.4 million in the same period a year prior.

Bullish completed an approximately $4.2 billion acquisition of Equiniti during the quarter. Bullish CEO Tom Farley described the acquisition as a potential growth catalyst, and the company stated the deal would combine its tokenization technology with a regulated agent to create an integrated blockchain-enabled issuer services provider.

Bullish went public in August 2025, pricing 30 million shares at $37 each. The company holds about 24,300 bitcoin, making it one of the largest public corporate holders of the cryptocurrency.

Ark's additions to ARKK, ARKW and ARKF this week appear in its daily filings and remain subject to the firm's portfolio limits and rebalancing rules.
